About the course

An excellent yoga class that takes us outdoors. Bringing a bit of nature inside your home while doing a beautiful asana sequence incorporating full-body movement and deep breathing practice. This class incorporates the poses that we learned during this course.

Instructor

Varvara is an 800h Certified Jivamukti Yoga Instructor. She has been teaching yoga classes in New York, Barcelona, Paris, and Berlin since 2014.
She practices Yoga for 15 years, and it was in Paris where she first stepped on her Yoga journey.
She studied Yoga with the best teachers and great communities worldwide, including India, Switzerland, and Costa Rica.
Varvara found endless wisdom and kindness in Yoga philosophy and yogic practices that she loves to share with her students.
