About the course

In this class, you will learn about Patanjali Yoga Sutras - the essential yoga book. Also, you'll learn about the yogic eight-step path proposed by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras. During the asana practice, we will emphasize twisting poses. We are starting with easy twists and gradually building to the side Crow pose twist. Varvara will explain step by step how to perform a safe Headstand at the end of the practice—finishing this class with guided meditation and Shavasana pose. This class is excellent for those who have completed the yoga fundamentals course with Varvara.

Instructor

Varvara is an 800h Certified Jivamukti Yoga Instructor. She has been teaching yoga classes in New York, Barcelona, Paris, and Berlin since 2014.
She practices Yoga for 15 years, and it was in Paris where she first stepped on her Yoga journey.
She studied Yoga with the best teachers and great communities worldwide, including India, Switzerland, and Costa Rica.
