About the course

In this class, you will learn what yoga is and from where it comes. Also, we'll interpret different meanings of yoga. The asana practice emphasizes the balancing poses. You'll learn how to perform a challenging Crow pose and the Headstand. This class is excellent for those who have completed the yoga fundamentals course with Varvara.

Instructor

Varvara is an 800h Certified Jivamukti Yoga Instructor. She has been teaching yoga classes in New York, Barcelona, Paris, and Berlin since 2014.
She practices Yoga for 15 years, and it was in Paris where she first stepped on her Yoga journey.
She studied Yoga with the best teachers and great communities worldwide, including India, Switzerland, and Costa Rica.
Varvara found endless wisdom and kindness in Yoga philosophy and yogic practices that she loves to share with her students.
