About the course

In this class, you will learn about Pranayama, one of the limbs of yoga practice. Together we practice Kapalabati, the pranayama technique that will help warm up the body and prepare us for heart-opening yoga practice. During the asana practice, we will emphasize back bending poses. This class will finish with the right relaxation sequence - guided meditation and Shavasana pose. This class is excellent for those who have completed Part 3 of the yoga fundamentals course with Varvara.
