About the course

In this practice-based series, you'll be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga asana practice. Each class emphasizes a particular asana-related focus. Together we'll explore standing poses, backbends, forward bends, and even a handstand. You will learn about poses and the way that you can modify them during yoga classes. We'll go beyond yoga poses and cover the essential yogic practices such as breathing and chanting.

After completing this series, you'll be ready to practice a vinyasa flow yoga practice with confidence.

No matter their experience, anyone can benefit from this class series, whether you are entirely new to yoga or want to deepen your existing knowledge. This program is for you.
