Overview

Get ready to sweat and reset! In this session, we will move through a vinyasa yoga class with strength, stretch, and breath. Cultivating heat in the body allows us to work through energetic blockages and release tension. Did you ever go for a run, or have a really sweaty workout, to find that you feel as good as new and much less stressed? This part of the Soothe Your Nerves series is a great one to do first thing in the morning to get your energy flowing.

Hi! I'm Victoria, a holistic health coach, yoga & pilates instructor, and reiki healer based out of Los Angeles. I graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in French Studies in 2016, and have been dancing professionally with various modern dance companies for the past decade. The majority of my work now is working one on one with clients to help them achieve true holistic alignment mentally and emotionally, nutritionally, physically, and energetically.
