About the course
In this session, we will use yogic techniques from Kundalini to help us expand our consciousness and soothe our nervous system. Kundalini meditation/yoga involves movement, meditation, breathing techniques, and a mantra. At the end of this session, your mind will feel clear and your body will feel energized. This is a perfect class to do right before sitting down to write a long paper or work on a project that requires a lot of focus and brainpower.

Hi! I'm Victoria, a holistic health coach, yoga & pilates instructor, and reiki healer based out of Los Angeles. I graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in French Studies in 2016, and have been dancing professionally with various modern dance companies for the past decade. The majority of my work now is working one on one with clients to help them achieve true holistic alignment mentally and emotionally, nutritionally, physically, and energetically.
