Overview

In this session, we will explore what it means to release tension in the body. Do you ever catch yourself clenching certain muscles or feeling tense in your body when you are anxious or stressed? Being able to take the time in these moments to bring movement to your body and release that energy is very beneficial for your nervous system. We will combine yoga, stretching, and meditation to create harmony in the body.

Hi! I'm Victoria, a holistic health coach, yoga & pilates instructor, and reiki healer based out of Los Angeles. I graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in French Studies in 2016, and have been dancing professionally with various modern dance companies for the past decade. The majority of my work now is working one on one with clients to help them achieve true holistic alignment mentally and emotionally, nutritionally, physically, and energetically.
