In this slow flow Vinyasa yoga session, we will move like molasses to connect with our body and breath. Slowing down allows us to really feel how our mental, physical, and emotional states are doing. By stretching and strengthening in this way, we can connect with ourselves to become calmer, more grounded, and ready to take on anything life throws our way.

Hi! I'm Victoria, a holistic health coach, yoga & pilates instructor, and reiki healer based out of Los Angeles. I graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in French Studies in 2016, and have been dancing professionally with various modern dance companies for the past decade. The majority of my work now is working one on one with clients to help them achieve true holistic alignment mentally and emotionally, nutritionally, physically, and energetically.
