About the course
Autumn means apples, and apples mean delicious apple recipes! I don’t know about you, but in September, October, and part of November, I see apples everywhere I go. So, in the spirit of Fall, I am giving you 5 easy apple recipes to follow to impress your friends and family. Today we will be making apple chips, an apple mocktail, apple and sweet potato latkes, and an apple coffee cake. Yum! I was also able to visit an apple orchard to locally source my apples, and if you can, I recommend you do the same. See how many of today’s ingredients you can locally source from a farmer’s market, an orchard, or other sustainable options. Enjoy!
