I am the owner of Perfect Ten Physical Therapy where I provide PT and performance training services to clients that include gymnasts, dancers, and active adults. I got my doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2015 and my CSCS in 2016. Prior to that, I graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2012 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. My mission is to educate patients and other professionals on the importance of maintaining the body for optimal health. Outside of my profession, I enjoy working out, hiking with my puppy April and trying new restaurants!
