About the course

Understanding how to get fit and healthy is one of the most important wellness lesson. In this tutorial, the students will be introduced to a variety of ab exercises, healthy eating habits while having fun. Throughout the lesson, the exercises are moderately timed and can be done along with your other exercise routines. With an emphasis on correct posture and techniques, the tutorial also introduces the students to the benefits of eating a balanced meal. It is a follow along routine but it can be customized according to the comfort of the students.

I started tutoring when I began teaching basic German to my juniors in high school. I fell in love with the process and the results were truly rewarding, as a matter of fact, I continued this when I came to NYU. During my internship as a Lead Instructor, I managed an entire classroom of 40 students and taught advanced engineering concepts to high school students. In my free time, I taught dance and bollywood fitness over video calls and as a result of which, I became comfortable with the camera!

Students of my courses can expect to experience the joy of learning a variety of skills that will last for a lifetime. While at Gooroo, I thrive to unleash the hidden creative genius within my students and my favorite part of tutoring is helping students reach their full potential while having fun.
