About the course
Are you sitting in your bed or at a desk right now? Well, it’s time to get up do arm stretches and more! It is so important to move your body every day, and it’s something we all can forget about. That’s why I want you to come to stretch with me! I will be leading a relaxed, low-stakes full-body stretch. After my last stretching video, I realized that some of the exercises I showed might have been too challenging and therefore not relaxing or helpful for people who do not have natural flexibility. So, today I will be doing a more relaxed, slow, and less intense stretch for people who struggle with flexibility. There are no expectations; I just want you to do what feels good for your body. We will be stretching everything from your back to your ankles; no part of your body will feel neglected. Give some love to your body today and stretch. Follow along, take the modifications you need for your body, and then relax at the end with a breathing mediation.

I have worked with students on homework, test prep, and lab report editing.
In addition to tutoring high school chemistry, I have worked with kindergarteners and first graders on reading skills and comprehension, so I feel confident working
