About the course

Self care is extremely important, especially now. Today, we are going to talk about why self care is important, how we can implement it into our daily lives, and we will take time to talk about meditation and practice meditation on our own. Once we begin practicing self care, we can all live happier, less stressful lives.

I have experience teaching various workshops to high school students, as well as working with grad school kids on understand homework. I have also facilitated leadership activities for high school students.
