About the course

Are you someone that loves taking care of other people? Have you always wanted to become a doctor since you watched Grey's Anatomy? This course goes through a range of medical professions but focuses on doctors. We'll review who is medical school for, how to apply, and how to get to your residency. We'll also go over the timeline of the application and your years of medical school. Lastly, we'll review some common mistakes students make in applying to medical school as well as some additional resources to help you graduate and become a real practicing doctor!

I have worked for the past three years as a college adviser helping high school students with the college admissions process. During this time, I helped students with their college essays, SAT/ACT prep, and their college applications. I have also helped tutor peers in college and high school as well as led a middle school mentoring program.
