About the course

Momentum is a conservative quantity too? Yes, it is! In the unit, students will learn about momentum, impulse, and the law of conservation of momentum. After introducing new formulas, we will apply them to problems and learn how to break down problems involving collisions.

AP Physics 1 is an algebra-based, introduction to college-level physics courses. The framework of this course is organized into 10 commonly taught units of study. Each unit contains information that needs to be understood in order to prepare students for taking the AP Physics exam given by College Board AP.
