"Utilize what you practiced previously, and take your movement to the next level. Work on stretches that improve mobility including head to knee bend, lunge, pigeon, half split, and finally, the full side splits.

From downward dog to tree pose, practice basic yoga poses that encourage mindfulness and flexibility."
