About the course

Stuck at home and dreaming of an adventure? Start traveling! Have you always wanted to go on a road trip, but just didn’t know how to start planning for it? Maybe you are just interested in learning some fun facts about a few US National Parks in the West like Joshua Tree, The Grand Canyon, and Arches. In this course, I will take you through the process step by step as I plan out a large cross country road trip. We will create an itinerary, break down costs, learn about some of the histories of the land we cross, and pack all of the essentials! Whether you are going on a short trip, a multi-state adventure, or just planning for when it is safer to travel, you will leave this course well prepared!

Hello! My name is Arianna and I am a multidisciplinary artist, scholar, and organizer. I recently graduated from Hampshire College with a BA in Visual and Performing Arts Curation, and a Certificate in Arts Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I am currently living in my home state of Minnesota, and I am excited to share with you my knowledge of theatre, print, book, and jewelry making. I have taught workshops to people of all ages in these subjects, and I have been a youth tutor for three years. I enjoy learning new things and making new things, and I hope my students share that excitement.
