About the course

By the end of the training, participants will understand the difference between amortized loans and lines of credit and the pros and cons of each, how not all interest rates are created equal, and sources of capital for investment in business or real estate using little to none of your own money. We'll also go over tax-saving strategies to keep your wealth, as well as strategies to start a small business quickly and grow your wealth in order to design a life of financial independence over time.

The 4 Pillars of Wealth:
Keep more of your wealth by understanding the tax code and following it to your advantage.
Learn a banking strategy to pay down loans in a fraction of the time and save tens of thousands of dollars in interest.
Start a business or side hustle and use business systems to earn more money in less time.
Invest in cash-flowing rental properties and other types of real estate to generate passive income.

Hello! My name is Earl. I am an engineer, investor, entrepreneur, and educator. While in undergrad at New York University Tandon School of Engineering, I co-founded the HackNYU hackathon which has now grown to over 600 participants every year. I aim to develop technology that helps humanity individually and collectively reach our full potential.

My interests and expertise lie in a breadth of topics encompassing environmental sustainability, rapid prototyping, mixed reality, cryptocurrencies, travel hacking, and real estate investing, leading me to pursue a career revolving around entrepreneurship.

Aside from my day job developing specialized hardware and software to build a true map of the world's wireless spectrum, I also manage several real estate-related businesses on the side and help empower wage-earners to become entrepreneurs and real estate investors so they can get out of the rat race and live a life worth living.
