Hello healthy chefs! I am so excited to share my passion for healthy cooking with you! In this course, I will show you healthy alternatives for some common foods and chemicals that you may feel are draining your energy throughout the day. I will cover alternatives for caffeine, sugar, dairy, gluten, and other high carb foods. Plus, you will be so amazed by the delicious flavors of these healthy recipes! In this lesson, we will explore different ways of preparing fish (both cooked and raw!) and I will give you an idea for a healthy salad that compliments fish perfectly!
